Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our small independent business. Your custom means so much to us.

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if you need to return an item due to a fault please read below. Our Policy is return for exchange or credit note only. Refunds will only be given if the item is faulty. Each garment is carefully inspected before it is posted out.

You have a maximum of 14 days calendar days to return a faulty item from the date you purchased it, or 28 days to exchange an item, however we appreciate if you could do this sooner.

You will need to provide a valid proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, you can't return pierced jewellery for health & hygiene reasons. 

 

Please note we will not be held accountable for clothes that have been washed incorrectly. We always advise washing at a maximum of 30 degrees with no conditioner, drying naturally. 

We don’t print an invoice with each order we send as you will receive email confirmation from us. All that paper and print adds up, plus that’s our little bit to help the environment!

Your return parcel MUST contain a note with your full name on it.

Refunds

Once your parcel is received, it will be inspected. If your purchase has all tags still attached and evidence of no wear and tear and  your return is approved, we will notify you and a refund will be issued via your original method of payment through Shopify. You will receive a credit within a certain number of days (depending on your card issuers policies).

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for your return shipping costs if your item is not faulty. Please return your order to us by recorded delivery and keep a copy of proof of postage. Failure to return by this method will result in us being unable to issue a refund in the event of the item(s) going missing.
